Shipment, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All items purchased from Khaos Athletics are made under a shipment contract.

This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. The use of the Khaos Athletics site is intended only for people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and to purchase items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.

Khaos Athletics offers worldwide shipping. The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees the destination country or state levied.

Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Exchange Policy

If you wish to make an exchange due to an incorrect/damaged item due to a Khaos Athletics error, please visit the Contact Us page, or email our support team: Khaosathletic@gmail.com, and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. 

*IF THE MISTAKE IS ON OUR END, WE WILL COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING TO REPLACE THE UNUSED PRODUCT(S). IF BAGS OR TAGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF/OPENED, WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE PRODUCT(S).
